Quer se sofra de acne, pele seca, pele sem brilho ou excesso de oleosidade, uma máscara ou exfoliante à base de iogurte natural é a melhor opção para tratar do rosto.

Eu misturei três ingredientes que eu considero serem os mais eficazes para as necessidades da minha pele. E os resultados foram ótimos! Senti a pele muito mais firme, suave, fresca, radiante e limpa. E a um custo muito acessível!

Máscara e exfoliante de Aveia & Iogurte

▲ 2 colheres de sopa de Iogurte Natural

▲ 2 colheres de sopa de Aveia

▲ 1 colher de chá de Óleo de Amêndoas Doces

Misturar todos os ingredientes numa tigela e aplicar sobre a pele limpa. Evitar a área dos olhos e aplicar também no pescoço. Deixar actuar desta forma como uma máscara e esperar 5 minutos até começar a massajar em movimentos circulares para exfoliar as áreas do rosto e pescoço. De seguida, enxaguar com água morna e finalizar com tónico e hidratante (e FPS se saírem à rua durante o dia!).

I mixed three ingredients that I found to be the most effective for the needs of my skin. And the results were great! I felt the skin much more tighter, smooth, fresh, radiant and clean. And it's so affordable!

Oatmeal & Yoghurt Mask and Scrub

▲ 2 tablespoons of Plain Yoghurt

▲ 2 tablespoons of Oatmeal

▲ 1 teaspoon of Sweet Almond Oil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and apply on a clean skin. Avoid the eye area and apply also in the neck. Let it stay like this as a mask and wait 5 minutes until you start to massage it in circular motion to scrub the face and neck areas. After this, rinse with lukewarm water and finish with toner and moisturizer (and SPF if you're going out during the day!).

New Skincare Products

Tendo em conta que eu não estava muito satisfeita com o FPS que tenho usado, nem tão pouco com o tónico, tal como mencionei neste post, tive que arranjar outros substitutos nos quais já tinha os olhos postos. E até agora tudo perfeito. Estou a usá-los há uns dias e estou muito satisfeita com ambos.   

Já experimentaram algum destes produtos? O que acharam?

As I was not so pleased with the SPF that I've been wearing, neither with the toner, as I mentioned in this post, I had to get some substitutes which I had my eyes on. And so far so good. I've been using them for a couple of days and I'm very satisfied with both of them.

Current Skincare Routine

Tendo já determinada uma rotina de cuidados para a minha pele, que tem funcionado muito bem, decidi por isso compartilhar convosco, só para o caso de vos poder ajudar de alguma forma. 

A minha pele é seca a mista e geralmente não tenho borbulhas nem o tom de pele irregular.

Assim, se o vosso tipo de pele for como o meu, ficam aqui as minhas escolhas.

So since I've determined a skincare regimen for my skin, that has been working very well in my case, I decided to share it with you, just in case it can help in some way.
I have a dry combination skin and I don't usually have any breakouts or uneven skin tone.

So if your skin type is like mine, here are my choices.

Shop+Tell #7 @ Illamasqua

Já queria experimentar os produtos da Illamasqua há algum tempo, e porque só podia adquiri-los encomendando online e como nunca tive contato nem experimentei nenhum produto antes, comprei apenas o Powder Blusher na cor Disobey.
Estou muito satisfeita com a cor porque não gosto muito de blush em tons de pêssego e rosa. Prefiro estes tons terra para aplicar como contorno ou blush. A pigmentação é extremamente boa, tem um cheiro delicioso e fiquei apenas decepcionada com a embalagem. Ou seja, o design é ótimo mas a embalagem de plástico é de baixa qualidade.

Já experimentaram este produto? Qual é a vossa experiência com os produtos da Illamasqua?

I had been wanting to try some products from Illamasqua for a while, and because I could only get hold of them by shopping online and never tried any product before, I only bought the Disobey Powder Blusher.

I'm very happy with the color because I'm not a peachy-pinky blush kind of girl. I prefer this earthy colors to apply as a contour or blush. The color payoff is extremely good, it smells deliciously and only the packaging was a little disappointing for me. I mean, the design is great, but the plastic case is of low quality.

My Real Techniques Brushes

Na minha busca por novos pincéis de makeup, deparei-me com os cada vez mais famigerados pincéis da Real Techniques projectados pela belíssima Samantha Chapman (Pixiwoo blog e YT).
Como precisava de pincéis específicos para o rosto, comprei o Powder Brush, o Blush Brush e o Setting Brush.
E sabem que mais? Estes pincéis merecem tudo o que de bom se tem dito sobre eles. São super macios, não dei conta de nenhuma queda dos pêlos aquando das lavagens, muito boa qualidade a preço acessível e é 100% cruelty free.

On my hunt for some new makeup brushes, I came across the increasingly renowned Real Techniques brushes designed by the gorgeous Samantha Chapman (Pixiwoo blog and YT).

And because I was needing specific face brushes, I bought the Powder Brush, the Blush Brush and the Setting Brush.

And you know what? These brushes deserve all the hype around them. They are super soft, there wasn't any shedding while they were washed, have a great quality at an affordable price and it's 100% cruelty free.

Tanto que li sobre este produto, que me rendi e comprei!
Eu sou fã de face mists. Não dispenso as águas termais da Avène ou da La Roche-Posay, o Fix+ da M•A•C ou até o Vitamin E Face Mist da The Body Shop.
Como a minha pele é normal a seca, ela adora estes mimos que lhe dão um viço e um up instantâneo, mesmo antes de aplicar o hidratante diário.
O Caudalie Eau de Beauté tem um aroma um pouco forte, que pode não agradar a todos. Para mim, isso não é constrangimento nenhum e super recomendo.

Alguns factos do produto:
| Atenua os traços, minimiza os poros e dá uma radiância instantânea
| Indicado para uso depois da limpeza de rosto como tónico, antes do hidratante e da makeup, ou por cima da makeup

So I read so much about this product that I surrendered and bought it!

I'm a fan of face mists. I can't live without the thermal waters from Avène or La Roche-Posay, Fix+ by M•A•C or even the Vitamin E Face Mist from The Body Shop.

As I have normal to dry skin, these kind of products are essential to provide my skin with an extra glow, before the daily moisturizer.

The Caudalie Eau de Beauté has a strong smell to it, which can not be suitable to everyone's taste. That isn't a problem for me and I recommend it a lot.
